The TurboTax online editions are not a subscription.
Clear the tax return and then just abandon the account.
If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
What subscription? Turbo Tax is not a subscription. You are posting from the online Free Edition. Or are you asking about the Turbo Tax Advantage Auto-Renew Plan where they send you the Desktop CD each November?
If you are using the Online version and have not filed yet you can just leave and abandon it. You can try to clear an Online return

I can't get anyone to refund my money either. Ordered today and it took an hour to download. I've tried to open it and a couple times it would not open, When it did it took 20 minutes, then It shows it's trying to run in windows 8 -- I upgraded to 10 two years ago.... Have not issues with other files or programs.
I would like my money back so I can just do taxes and pay online at Intuit Turbotax, but can't get this to cancel or stop so that I can do that.
I paid for the downloaded version -- it does NOT work on my computer though I do have 10 it opened in 8 or tried to. I just want a refund and then will buy the one online no download.

No real customer service I can find. What kind of a racket it going on?? I have used Turbotax for years and loved it, now this 3+ hour ordeal has changed my feeling about the product :( Give me My money Back. Please
