Otherwise, just do not use TurboTax for your 2020 tax return. If you want a copy of your tax returns then download the PDF for each year you have used TurboTax.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

You can use this contact form to get an incident number and phone number. Be sure you indicate in the dropdown list that you are using the CD/download version and what OS. For the issue you can say something like error 603 license activation problem without quotes.
I recently completed my tax return online with you. at the time , I had still not received my $600.00 stymulas, but it arrived in the mail to day. my total return amount was to be $600.00 but now I have received that. so I need my return to reflect that please.

Sorry you can not update your return after you file. The IRS should see that that paid you and adjust it for you.

Need help finding 8962 for my 2019 taxes
Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit will be created by the TurboTax after you have entered your Form 1095-A that you received for your health insurance through your state Marketplace.
If you need form 8962 for your 2019 return, you need to amend last year's return.
