Check your email account for the purchase receipt. Also the junk or spam folders.

That link requires an order number. Since TurboTax never sent an email receipt to me, I do not have an order number. This is an inexcusable.
You can also review your order in TurboTax. Please follow these steps:
Click on Tax Home from the menu on the left-hand side
Click on Show next to Your Account
Click on View Order Summary to review your order
I did not print out a receipt when I downloaded the State of Mississippi Individual module. In the past it has been emailed to me almost immediately. I did not receive such an email. I would like to have a copy of that invoice for my records. I saw your post with the 4 steps, but there is no 'tax home' as indicated in step 2. I do not use the online version of TurboTax, I downloaded the product to my desktop. Maybe that is the problem since the site your link sent me to is for a TurboTax Online account. Any further advice?
Even though you are using the CD/Download product, you can still access your account online.
If you don't have the order number, you can call TurboTax and speak with an agent.
