TurboTax has worked hard with the IRS to be able to e-file Forms 8915-E and 7202. Since this will require programming adjustments for both the IRS and TurboTax, it will be a few weeks before these changes are made. If you wish to file this form, you have the following options:

YOUR site REFUSED to efile my taxes with this same error.
I went over to another site and it efiled the FIRST tiem without a single hitch.
Ive already gotten my state taxes back.

Got tired of their idiot bogus errors here.
Got my taxes done the first time without a single problem and already got a state return.
You can use FreeTaxUSA.com it was a lot easier than using TurboTax.
Filing my federal return was free and then $12.95 per state that I had to file for. Took me maybe 20-30 minutes max.
I should did that.
However, Nothing what they are saying are the problem
If you have "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets"
that's mean you did not pay for state return

@noeoca Did you use the Online version or the Desktop CD/Download program? In the Online version there is no fee to efile. The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.
Why couldn't you efile? Maybe we can help you fix it.
I did them on the app on my phone and when i was planning to efile so i payed the $60 and when i went to efile it wouldn’t let me because it said i need my AGI from 2019 and this is my first time filing for tax return. So now i have to print my taxes and send them through the mail. i just want my $60 back

Since you did not file a 2019 tax return did you try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the tax return again?
There are no e-file fees when using the TurboTax online editions, federal or state. The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return. The fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
