Same here...what the heck...I got charged but theres no proof my state taxes were ever filed....How do you find out if Turbo Tax ripped me off or not or if I'm going to be in jeopardy with the state. Get it together Turbo Tax!!

At this point should I just send in my returns Fed & State....I don't want to be told at the last minute that it was not filed.

You should receive emails from TurboTax confirming that your returns were submitted and then more emails confirming that they were either accepted or rejected.

First, check your spam filter for the emails if you don't see them.

If you never received the emails showing that the returns were submitted then you have not filed your taxes yet, you need to go back in to your TurboTax account and file the returns. Make sure you answer all of the questions and click all the way through until you get the "Your Taxes Have Been Filed!" message.

If you received emails showing that the returns were submitted but you haven't received any emails showing that they were either accepted or rejected then you just have to be patient.

I got the same issue, went thru the whole ting to file, made payment, right back to screen looking for payment. On hold so far 25 mins.

This is BS, have account, get case#, with a different number and still getting put on hold, How about TurboTaz get more staff to answer the phones and help customers. Pretty crappy way of doing business

I can't get the system to complete the purchase of the fee for state efile!!! On hold for hours and then the rep hung on me...calling again and on hold again for hours

I had to completed the $25 State Efile purchase AS A GUEST. Do not try to login to your Intuit account.

I paid for the E-file for Fed and State, but it's asking for a confirmation number to file the state. When I originally ordered I got a license number and I got an order number, but no state conf#. Seems like this should be easier and now I can't continue.... I won't pay for it ahead of time again, because this is so frustrating. Now I have to wait to talk to someone????

@DZ_CO Is your question about paying a state efile fee?

Are you using the Online web version or the Desktop CD/Download program? In the Desktop program you get one free state PROGRAM download to prepare unlimited state returns. But then each state is 24.99 to efile or you can print and mail state for free.
