I lost my card. I already got my federal deposit but not my state. If I get a new card will it effect my state deposit? Or does that get deposited by the routing/account number? I cant access any of my funds, I put them in vault. I dont want to close the card if it's going to effect my state return deposit. I have already had to send more info to state which will take another 4-6 weeks and I cant wait that long so not sure what to do if it will effect the deposit.
The card is issued and supported by a separate company. Please contact that vendor at the link provided at the bottom of their home page.
P.S. If you are issued a new card with a different number, then it is quite likely to make your state refund ago astray (but ask them - perhaps you can get a card with the same number).

To report your card lost, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost card replacement fee will apply. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.
