Your log in shows that you are using the online Self Employed version? Are you saying you didn't use that version to prepare your tax return?
You must use that version to prepare your tax return if you had income from self employment reported on a 1099-MISC or no form and had associated expenses.
Thank you for your prompt response.
No I didn's use it, i must have click somewhere by mistake but i am not self-employed. I was full time and had a 1099 because of a family paid leave (I had a baby in 2019).
I have already paid $110 to TurboTax for my enrollment (first package) and now that I have completed my tax Turbo Tax ask me to pay $60 additional in order. to file my tax.
This is really unfair. because I never used this service and I cannot find a way to cancel this.
If you can help me that will be amazing!
Thank you
If you have already made a payment, I don't believe you can clear and start over in a lower version. If your paid family leave was reported on a 1099-G, you would need TurboTax Deluxe which is $60 and then to prepare and file a state return another $50 for a total of $110.
You can try clearing and starting over in Deluxe using the link: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2586254-using-clear-start-over-in-turbotax-online
If that doesn't work, all you can do is contact TurboTax product support and see if they can help you in some way: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number/00/25632
You might have also been able to use another free version from the Free File Program and not have to pay anything. You qualify if you had $36,000 or less AGI or $69,000 or less military family AGI or qualify for EITC. Click on See if you qualify then Yes (if you do) then Start Now button, then choose Create an Account.

If you qualify for the free file program, discuss both alternatives with product support and see what they will do.
