If the "I am not a robot" Captcha is not working right or has missing elements, try the following steps:
NOTE: Are you using any ad blockers or script blockers? If so, that may be blocking the Captcha.

For me, after trying multiple browsers and pop-up/cookie combinations, the solution was to disable my VPN. Not what I'd like to see, as the VPN is made for situations like this: protecting sensitive data transmission. But, I hope this info helps others.
