It sounds like you are running into some issues when attempting to pay for TurboTax.
I recommend verifying that all of the associated information you are entering with the credit card is accurate as the card issuer has it on file, especially the billing address. You can also verify that the CVV/CVC code is correct which is a three digit code on the back of your card (4 digits for Amex).
Also, the billing address on your credit card and the mailing address on your tax return have to match or you will get an error for paying with a credit card.
If they are not the same, change your mailing address to match your billing address:
After the payment has been approved, go back to My Info and change the address back to the original.

Im having same issue.....not a credit card issue, it is your software. please advise
Can you try logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. Then try logging back in to see if the issue still persist. You can also try checking out the FAQ link posted below for e-filing issues. If none of these options work I would suggest contacting TurboTax customer service for assistance:
