Not getting my verification code
Same issue. Called customer support and was sent an email with a link to similar questions on this site and troubleshooting I had already gone through. Not helpful. I asked to speak to a human and was told I'd have to upgrade my service. I shouldn't have to pay extra to fix turbo's email issues.
I am not receiving an e mail w/ my code to finish filing
Having the same issue. Already paid $120. I am getting emails from them for every other topic except for this most important piece to finish filing.
I am having the same problem. I've tried several different email addresses. Website is definitely having issues I would say.
I was able to reach support and they recommended going through account recovery via https://accounts.intuit.com/account-recovery.html and that worked for me!
What I did:
1. Logged out of Turbotax account
2. went to https://accounts.intuit.com/account-recovery.html and requested a password reset
3. Got email to reset password, reset it. That will also ask you to add a verification code (which you should get either text or phone call depending on what your account settings are for 2 step-auth at https://accounts.intuit.com/account-manager.html)
4. That should log you in and pass the verification step and get you through to finish filing.

Cannot leave TurboTax open while I get Verification Code. It times out. Can you Text instead?
RESEND MY VERIFICATION CODE (I ONLY GOT THE FIRST ONE...543905). I DID NOT GET THE FIRST ONE IN ON TIME. MY WIFE HAS MY PHONE AND SHE NEEDS TO CALL ME WITH THE CODE. BY THEN IT HAS EXPIRED. PLEASE KEEP RESENDING UNTIL I GET IT.
