I am getting an error message when trying to efile says Turbotax not ready to efile Feb 4th 2022

We're sorry you are having this issue with your AGI not matching. See our FAQ on how you can obtain your Last year's AGI from your taxes filed with Turbo Tax. Be sure to take note of how you can get a transcript directly from the IRS to see what they have your AGI recorded as.

I'm getting the Validation failed message, too, and I get it for both Federal and State.  I live in VA.  I've used Turbotax for about 10 years and have never experienced anything like this before.  Very disappointing.  And how do I get my $25 back that I paid for E-filing my State tax?

To receive a refund, please follow the instructions here to contact us by phone. We are unable to process any refunds here in this public forum.

It is April 17 and I can't file my Arkansas return separately.  No support available for this.

In order to file the state return separately, you will need to ensure your federal return has been filed and accepted. @bmilford

Just loaded 2022 and getting an Error message 209 and then the program shuts down.

Is your software downloaded on an external hard drive? If so, please uninstall it from there and download it directly to your computer. This has resolved the issue for many others.
