TT seems to think I received some kind of Hurricane Distribution income, where this idea comes from is beyond me... TT asks if I took a qualified disaster distribution and I indicated NO, but the next question is did I repay for the disaster distribution. I clearly indicated NO, but TT thinks I said yes.. Is this another "bug" in 2019 TT?

To fix the issue, you would need to delete a Form 8915A or Form 8915B Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions & Repayments from the system. Here are the steps:
In TurboTax window,
Thank you very much! I will give that a try!
I just had the same thing happen, I live in OR so do not have that form. I will try the suggestion.
I do not see that form for this year.
Be sure to answer "No" and leave the boxes blank if the Qualified Disaster Distribution questions do not apply to you. The test will be when you run the "Smart Check" review does an error trigger related to a form 8915. If not, you will be good there. The form is a federal form not a state form.
I did answer no when it came up, it was in the follow up question area after the last 1099R I entered. The problem is the next question wondered how much I repaid to the hurricane distribution last year, it is like no means yes. I did not ever have a hurricane distribution, in 2016 or any year. So it is still confusing.
Right after I posted this I went back in to the program and found the form so I deleted it, I should be fine from now on, thanks for all the help!
