To fix the issue, you would need to delete a Form 8915A or Form 8915B Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions & Repayments from the system. Here are the steps:
In TurboTax window,
- Open up your tax return if you have not already done so.
- At the right upper corner, select Forms
- In the Forms mode, the left panel shows a list of all the generated forms, find the Form 8915
- At the bottom of that form, click Delete Form
- At the right upper corner, select Step-by-Step to proceed
