To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

To access your current year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
If someone else claimed your child then yes, you need to print, sign and mail your tax return so that the IRS will process your return that claims your daughter. It will take a lot longer for them to process your mailed return, so you will need to be patient as you wait for them to process the return. And eventually the IRS will send letters to you and the other person who claimed the child in order to sort out who could claim her. Be prepared to prove she lived with you if necessary.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be mailed in separate envelopes to separate addresses.
Hello. I have the same problem that many users are complaining about: it is almost impossible to talk to a human being through Turbotax. I have been using TurboTax for many years to do my taxes. I live abroad and it is more and more complicated to fill my taxes every year through Turbo Tax. Now, I paid US 120 to do my taxes and E-FILE and I systematically receive this message:
I waited already one week, updated the program, use different computers, verified the information many times, and it simply doesn't work and I can not find a human being able to explain what to do. Living abroad and sending my taxes through Fedex or DHL is not only expensive (I have already pay to E FILE!!!) but also complicated, because of the information I am sending which is my personal info. I feel bad about saying this but I feel I am paying for a service I am not receiving. TurboTax needs to include a simple form to contact their customer support service.
I have called and called the same [phone number removed] number over 10 times since last week getting the SAME RESPONSE from turbo tax AND Greendot bank. What kinda of half-service system is this?!? Like..why is it so hard to get an actual person on the phone!? I have used TT for the last 4 years or so..ive had 2 cards with yall..i need my fricking card number to locate Economic Hazard pay, but none of yall are helping me AT ALL. you even hung up on my twice today after saying "Please hold for a representative". This is utterly sad and frustrating..smh

How do I know I filed taxes

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Did you do this?
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If I am asking that question it is because I did it (more than a dozen times). I used Turbotax for 10 years now. It doesn't work for people abroad.
Doesn't have a US telephone number, and without that, not a chance of having, for example, a e-mail address to contact them. Turbotax doesn't work for people abroad.
