How to delete TurboTax account?

I started preparing 2020 taxes via TurboTax online (paid by bank and account shows it has been paid) but I end up using TT CD download version as I wanted to see forms mode as I go along. I had lots of K1 forms.

Q. Can I delete TT account?

Q2. If account delete is NOT possible, can I erase information (it was incomplete information anyway so I will not be able to use it next year) entered from online version?

Q. How do I delete uploaded files like tax file copy from last year or 1099 statements from brokers?

Q. How do I merge 2 TT accounts (long story). I have 2 TT online accounts?

Sign onto your online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

This removes everything associated with the online tax return.

TurboTax online accounts cannot be deleted.

Separate TurboTax accounts cannot be merged or combined into one account.

Sorry you can not Delete or merge accounts.    You can try to clear the Online account but only if you haven't paid or registered  the Online  account.  How to clear

If you want to use the Online version next year you can use the same Online account or just start a new account so it doesn't transfer the wrong info.  You can Transfer 2020 from your computer into the Online version instead of from the online account.   Come back next year and ask us how.   You will need to have the file ending in .tax2020 on your computer.

Thanks I  did erase but it is still showing my personal biographical information and last years tax return.

Yes---you cleared a tax return.   You do not have to completely delete your account to do that.   No one else can access your account or see your information.
