Hi Alan,

I have called that number 5 times now and it continually shuts me out.  It doesn't recognize my phone number or understand my email address.   I can't get past the menu.  Do you have another suggestion?

Thank you.  How can I get through the filing verification code successfully? The code number came to my email and I entered it in the space provided.  It immediately said it was the wrong number.

The system rejects the number every time.  The tax return is perfect. I need to file it now.

I paid the $30. fee so i would have some help in case of a glitch.
