Still trying to get confirmation number find Turbo tax running me in circles.

@Virge, please call Product Support and give them your serial number and then they can give you the confirmation number you need. To find your serial number, go into the program to the payment section, select pay by credit card--then you should see a screen pop up. Look on that screen for the serial number. Please let us know if this helps.

Try these instructions to find your state e-file confirmation number: 

On the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 
This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets.

You should see the confirmation number on the worksheet.
