Can you help me file for a EIN NUMBER ; or IP-PIN
Can you help me or give me a link in how to apply for an EIN NUMBER

Sorry, but so far I don't understand your situation. In 3 quick comments you have mentioned a "5-digit code", an "IP PIN" (which is a 6-digit Identity Protection PIN), and an EIN (Employer ID Number). Those are all vastly different things. What are you doing, and what exactly do you think you need, and why?
Do you have a self-employed business or independent contracting work and want to apply for an EIN to use for your business's tax ID number instead of using your SSN?
how do i get this 5 digit code for taxes

What is the context of your question? Are you efiling and need to verify the efile? Most people use their 2019 AGI to verify their return for efiling. It is possible to use the 5-digit 2019 Self-Select PIN if one still has it by entering it in the PIN field instead of using the AGI field. If you have a 2019 PDF with all your worksheets, you might find it near the bottom of a worksheet titled "Federal Information Worksheet."
You'll also likely encounter a separate screen called "Signature ID" (or similar words) where it will ask you to choose a Self-Select PIN, enter your birthday, and today's date. On that screen (which is different than an efiling verification screen), you can either use the same Self-Select PIN that you've used in the past, or you can create an entirely new one on that screen (it will say "any 5 digits of your choice", or similar). If you save it securely in your records, you can use that PIN again the next year.
You can use last year's income instead of the self-select PIN.
Here's awesome Tax Expert @KatrinaO's answer: Where do u find my prior year self select PIN number?
Are you referring to the Self Select 5 digit pin number?
If you don't remember the one you chose last year you can create a new one to use.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ: What is the difference between the five-digit Self-Select PIN I created last year and my Self-Select... for more information.
Looks like you selected Michigan (MI) for the payer's state when it appears you need Maine (ME).

Need my 2019 Pin # ( ID Pin)
I need to find out my Identity Theft Protection pin number for 2019 taxes
You will be able to find it in your online IRS account. Do you have an online account? Or else you will need to call IRS and they will mail updated IP pin. You can file 2019 taxes with the 2020 IP Pin.
