The instructions on how to download and install should have been with the purchase--either in the packet if bought in a store or in an email if purchased from Costco online.   In any case, I assume you have the license code.   See this FAQ:

I too purchased mine at costco and followed all  instructions but  unable to  get to sign in and enter code

so  now I am limbo because downloaded couple of times gotten no where🤔

Did you download the Windows or the Mac version?  Once you downloaded the software, did you launch the installation file and install the program on your computer?      Which step listed in the article below are you unable to do?  i.e., at which step do you hit a roadblock?     The "sign in" and license activation occurs at the end of installation.

How do I download using License Code I purchased from Costco?

You can go HERE to download the TurboTax Desktop Software.  When you select the product, it will give you the option of Windows or MacOs for the operating system.  During installation, you will be asked to enter your License Code that you purchased from Costco.

The TurboTax online editions website does not require a license code.  You purchased the TurboTax desktop edition which requires you to install the TurboTax software on your personal computer.
