Get the message "The import was unsuccessful. Internal server error" when I use TurboTax Premium 2024 to import from my brokerage. I tried BOA, Fidelity, and all failed. It has been the same for a week since I started to use it at Feb. 16th.

I am using TurboTax Premium Desktop version. Still not working. I had no issue in last few years to import the forms.
I tried to turn off virus and threat protection in win10, but didn't help. It worked in last few years, not sure what went wrong this time. It's tedious to type the trades myself, is there any way to import 1099 form as file?
