1040 line 12c should be lines 12a + 12b. Instead, 12c displays 1040 line 10 value (or 8 as 10 & 8 can be the same value). Lines 14 & 15 still appear to compute/display correctly. An override on 12c to display the correct 12a+12b does not appear to disturb the compute/display of lines 14 & 15. Suggests computation code for lines 11 through 15 is correct but the code which populates 12c for display is pulling from the wrong place in the tax model data structure.

Much of the program is still incomplete and buggy ... many updates are yet to come before the program is fully functional sometime in January.
Of course it is still buggy, but since Intuit does not offer a bug forum, only this general forum, there is no way to search for open issues by tax form and line number to avoid posting about a bug already known. All one can do is post an FYI to this forum to catch their attention maybe. Further, while TT does offer version info under Help, guess what has the browser select/copy function disabled, inhibiting easy inclusion in to these posts?
Very true...so remove yoru override now while you have the chance, so it doesn't screw up your file later...when the obvious things to be implemented have been updated in the software next Jan/Feb
