Hello, I'm trying to file my taxes and on my w2 it has 2 Locality names on Box 20. It says NY FLI for one of them. I try inputting it in. It says it's does not accept NY FLI. I contacted my employer. He claims w2 is correct and that turbotax is the issue. I never had an issue with turbotax before, so What can i do now?

I believe NY FLI refers to New York Family Leave Insurance, and it should be posted to Box 14 of your W-2. Box 20 of the W-2 is for posting a Locality, or a city code, and this does not apply.
This does sound like an oversight, and you should once again bring it to your employer's attention. The only tax consequence of NY FLI is the potential to increase the federal deduction for state income tax. If you don't itemize your deductions, it will not change anything on either your federal or state tax return.
The NY FLI should be in box 14 of your W2. You can enter that information in the correct box (14) on TurboTax which will allow you to proceed without issue. You will then enter the local taxes in box 20.
The fact that he has it in the incorrect spot should not cause an issue for you since he still has it marked as NY FLI.

Thank you very much for the information!
So my employer claims the w2 is technically correct because all the right info is there, but it's in the wrong box and still blames the issue on TurboTax. Is he being wrong here? What can i do now? I try reaching out to irs to ask them about this and the automatic messages didn't help and there isn't an option to ask tax related questions. Also Should I send my employer this?

o Ok. So even tho NY FLI is on box 20 and box 14 is blacked out on my w2, I can enter the FLI on box 14 when filing on turbotax without an issue?
Perhaps this can assist you in your entry:
There are 2 "others" for Box 14. One is other deductible state or local tax and the second is other not classified.
NYPFL is for paid family leave - a program similar to state disability insurance. This tax is federally deductible (though with tax reform changes it will be harder to see a tax benefit). You should choose "Other mandatory deductible state or local tax not on above list" Its a relatively new tax so its possible at some point in the future it may be added to the list similar to NJ FLI but there is no need to wait for an update as the tax treatment is the same with the above selection.
Enter the amount as it shows on your W-2 and then continue with your return.
