need help with payment
Hi, I need help with a billing issue. I was initially quoted around $129 for TurboTax Full Service, but I was charged $328 without being clearly informed of the price increase beforehand.
I also spent over 2 hours on the phone due to technical difficulties on your side, and my taxes were still not submitted after payment.
I paid for a service that was not completed, and I would like a refund or a price adjustment. Can you please assist with this?
In the community we do not have access to information about your account. You will have to call TurboTax Customer service. Here is a link: Turbo Tax Customer Service
I have filed extension thru my downloaded turbotax but never got a confirmation email like how I used to in the past years
Why did
they charge me $129 when I filed my taxes alone with no help. Can I get a refund?
Hello I am the executor of my father's estate and I am needing to file an extension, I was wondering if you could get me started in the right direction.
Thank you SO much for your time!
Is it possible to simply fill out the IRS forms based on a return that was done by H&R Block?
Tried to process my 2025 return and came up with different results compared to what H&R Block's return shows. So I wanted to try to simply fill in the same forms that H&R Block used. Is this viable?
@bobgood47 There is no direct access to any forms, schedules or worksheets when using the TurboTax online editions.
That option is only available using the TurboTax desktop software installed on a personal computer using Forms mode.

Simply fill out and mail Form 7004:
I do have a desktop version of 2025 Turbo Tax. So it is possible to simply fill in the same forms H&R Block used to create a 2025 return? I want to get back to using TT versus going to H&R Block.

TurboTax should be able to transfer in much, if not the vast majority, of information from your H&R Block tax file (or PDF).
I just downloaded a fresh copy of my 2025 H&R Block return in pdf form and tried importing it into TT. Says there is an error but no indication as to what the error is.

I think I was a bit confused. The idea here is to transfer a return prepared with a 2024 version of H&R Block into a 2025 version of TurboTax. I don't believe you can somehow import a 2025 H&R Block tax file into a 2025 version of TurboTax.
Exactly what are you trying to accomplish? If you started a 2025 return with H&R Block, you can't do anything with that file if you now want to prepare your 2025 return with TurboTax.
My federal tax return payment deducted from my bank account but not my NJ STATE tax thats owed. How can I check if my payment method was setup properly?
New Jersey has an online system where you can look up payments or make a manual one if you realize the first attempt failed.
