I filed my taxes using e-file. to electronically sign my AGI from the previous tax year was requested. I put the value from my previous year in. It got kicked back. When I open TurboTax to help fix it, it asks for my spouse's AGI from the previous year. As we file jointly , she has no AGI, WE have AGI. I put 0 thinking its a trick question but it gets kicked back again. Any suggestions?

What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file reject?
This did not work. I deleted all 2021 return information and started over. I did not import any information (typed all W2 and INT-DIV, INT-R by hand). I contacted the IRS and verified my AGI from 2020. I also received a transcript of my tax return from the IRS which had the correct AGI. After inputting all info and double checking, I e-filed and again received a rejected email. Your 1-800 line is useless as you cannot solve all problems with a bot....sometimes you have to talk to a real human. I would appreciate any assistance with this problem. Thanks.

If your 2020 federal tax return was processed by the IRS late in 2021 the 2020 AGI will not be in the IRS database.
Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file again.
