E File rejection

Efile has been rejected 2 time for the same reason. Reject cause "ind-031-04 AGI or pin does not match IRS records. 2019 AGI from 2019 tax is correct and will not allow a change. Pin was auto entered and verified from last year (2017) a refund was direct deposited. 

How can this be handled?

the self-select PIN must be a PIN specified during e-File of 2019 tax return, and the AGI box must be empty.
