E-file my 2018 taxes

Sorry--e-filing closed for 2018 returns in October 2019.  A  2018 return has to be printed, signed and mailed.  It cannot be e-filed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

E-filing a 2018 tax return was closed after October 15, 2019.

You can not efile prior years.  You have to print and mail it.  And you can not use online for 2018.  Online is only good for 2019 now.  Do you need to prepare a 2018 return?  Did you start one last year?

You cannot e-file prior year returns with TurboTax, they have to be mailed in.  You cannot file a 2018 return with the Online version.  The Online version is only to file the current years tax return (2019)

Prior year returns cannot be e-filed with TurboTax.  To file your 2018 return with TurboTax you will need to use the 2018 Download software (or go to the IRS website for prior year forms).  To purchase the software from TurboTax go to the following website.
