OK, please tell the programmer (or the AI) to stop guessing uploaded document types.
Just let me tell you, for example, that WaterHeaterPurchase.pdf is not a W2 form.
And KitcheRemodelReceipts.pdf is not a 1099-G.

Why are you trying to "upload" a receipt? If you have an energy credit to enter, key in the information by hand. There are some documents that simply cannot be "uploaded"---the technology is not always your friend. Use your keyboard.
I am following the instructions for someone at TurboTax review my taxes. They said upload supporting documents.

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe and completed my federal and state taxes on my desktop computer.
I wanted someone to review my taxes so I choose Do Personal Taxes with Expert Help. I saw a link to get assisted help with a price. I started a chat session and was was directed to the Documents link that invited document uploads and "Receipts" is one of the document types.
At one point I selected a Continue button and it started asking me step by step questions to enter my tax information. I entered a few answers until I realized that this was the path to do taxes online which was not what I wanted to do. Does TurboTax offer expert review of taxes already completed with TurboTax desktop?
There is no expert help with desktop.
OK, thanks for that. 😁
