No, you do not. The "Live" expert help is only available to users of online software who pay an extra fee for the "Live" help. You can ask questions here in the user forum and get certain kinds of help from customer support.

You are still able to get tax expert help. There is just a charge for it. The premier desktop does not come with live help. Only the online version does. Here are some pricing choices.

There has not ever been the same "Live" tax expert help with desktop software that is available to users of the online Live versions. The pricing structure is very different. You may have had help from customer support, but you did not have a "Live" expert assigned to you to help you as much as you requested it.
TurboTax Live includes help from a tax expert when you need it, and the option for a final review of your return. There are two ways to do this:
TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live isn't available in the TurboTax Desktop software.
I don't think I am hallucinating when I spoke with a Tax expert to help me with some K-1 questions last year,
when I was using the 2022 desktop version. I can go dig up my discussions if you want to labor this point.
So the pricing has changed?
As stated above----you can use customer support for help when you have desktop software. That is not the same thing as the online "Live" software. They are two different products with different pricing
