TurboTax Live includes help from a tax expert when you need it, and the option for a final review of your return. There are two ways to do this:

• Start with TurboTax Live.
  • When you first start your return, choose a TurboTax Live product.
• Switch to TurboTax Live if you started with a different TurboTax product.
  1. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
  2. Select Live Tax Advice.
  3. Select Upgrade.

TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live isn't available in the TurboTax Desktop software.
