@RickG yes it was a Turbo Tax Specialist named Ian we were on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to figure this out he even spoke to his supervisor and that's what we came up with. We tried every way possible to activate my card. I also spoke with Elio who works in the fraud department he did give me a case number and told me to send an email to send info at greendot.com with the screenshot of what it was telling me on the site and I still have heard nothing back and I really need my money released if there is a way you can help me that would be wonderful
OK, thank you for that information. We are not aware of any such disconnect between cards and their respective accounts, that doesn't mean we don't want to help. I have already passed this information on and if I get more information I will be sure to let you know. In the meantime, I would recommend following the instructions previously stated by GabiU and try again at a later time.

My stimulus check was deposited but u lost my debt card prior to it being deposited and I need to order a new one or send me funds to my bank can you help?
