Hello everyone,
I purchased my turbotax deluxe from costco and want to download the Mac desktop application, following this link as a guidance: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/installing/help/how-do-i-download-the-software-i-purchased-at-turb...
I went to the download tabs and find a place to enter my activation code, but the system shows an error: "whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.", this error prevents me from downloading the app. I'm pretty sure that 16 character code is correct and was able to activate in another machine.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue? I googled a lot about this error and guidance, but it seems no luck. (tried cleaning cache, change browser, switch to another machine etc...)

Wait a minute. You can't use those instructions if you bought it from Costco. Did you buy the CD in the store or the Download from Costco online?

Sorry more info....How did you install it on the first computer? From the CD or the download? If you installed from the CD you can not switch to download now. Was the other computer Windows or Mac? If you bought the download it is only good for one or the other. If you already downloaded the Windows program you need to call in and ask for the Mac download.
yeah, I got that from the costco link and it's a Windows version, so we're able to install on the 1st computer, but for my second one, I want to get a Mac version but apparently they don't provide a link to it.
Oh yeah. You only get the original download for Windows or Mac. If you need the other one you have to call in and ask for them to put it in your account.
