Can you tell me why I can not go on from the insurance area ?

No one can see your screen or your tax return.   The "insurance area" is asking if you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.   (aka Affordable Care Act, aka "Obamacare") insurance from healthcare.gov.    If you do not have that kind of insurance you should say NO when it asks about it, and keep going.   If you did have that kind of insurance, then you need to enter the 1095A.   If you have not yet received the 1095A, you have to get it from healthcare.gov.

How to find your 1095-A online

1. Log in to your account.
2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2024 application — not your 2025 application.
3. Select “Tax Forms."
4. Download all 1095-As.
