It just means some of your forms have not yet been finalized yet so you will not be able to complete your e-file until they are ready. For your reference, You may review the IRS forms availability as well as state form availability.
I am in the same boat. I have used TurboTax for filing including the Schedule H for 4 years. I always try to run my taxes in the first couple weeks on Feb. I do not recall ever being forced to wait until March to complete them. This is very disappointing.
It has nothing to do with TurboTax itself. The Schedule H form won't be released from the IRS until March 17th. You won't be able to file your tax return with this Schedule until the IRS has released it. You can check the IRS forms availability here.
"The Schedule H form won't be released from the IRS until March 17th."
I don't think that is accurate, because I can download the 2021 Schedule H right now from the IRS website:
https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-schedule-h-form-1040
This is TurboTax dragging their feet or making a mistake.
