Thats not true at all I saw it and had to refile or the IRS wasn't going to issue my refund and as for next years estimate or payment how do you put that in you don't know if I'm using your service . Yes I'm getting my fee which you advertise as free or I may not of used you its coming out of my refund and I am using Credit Karma as the account for it to be deposited as I do not have a bank acct.So I do not know how I got the additional turbo max and how it went from $116 after I was given the wrong advice to put a $1 in as AGI it was rejected and then they told me put a $0 it worked so thats what happened and your rep misinformed me saying if I go to turbo max I can remove the service and fee willbe removed or credited which it states clearly no refunds as soon as you view the page. You only pays the fees once. Either before you file or you can have the fees deducted from your refund. If your efile rejected you don't have to pay again. Unless you tried to use a different account.
Where are you seeing 4 items for $166? Did you get 4 payment slips? Those are 1040ES estimated payments to the IRS for next year 2022 return so you don't end up owning again. They are optional to pay.

The first filing I was instructed to enter $1 as AGI was rejected the billing amt was $116 so after second filing that now had Turbo Max I have 4 items and the amt.is $166 I never requested that service and it reflects from the 1st billing .So I just feel this was my 1st and last filing with turbo tax. I was told by rep go to Turbo max where I can remove service and the amt.would be removed .It said no refunds as soon as I opened it. (pii removed)

What happened was I filed and Turbo tax instructed me to put $1 in AGI which I did and it was rejected so I was billed $116 for a advertised free filing but I accepted that .So I was instructed to put a $0 as AGI and they said it was accepted I got congratulations for doing such a great job and I see now I'm being billed for 4 items at $166 so I called got a rep she had to dig for my info she said normally pops right up so we go through what happened and I was billed for turbo max and I had no need for that as its reflected in my 1st billing I would of requested it the first time .So she says after 45 min.s go to turbo max and you can remove it so I open it and it clearly states there are no refunds or credits so why did your turbo tax rep misinform me by saying that so now the free filing has become $166 i was doing a 1099G form thats it so I'm disputing the billing and why do you advertise free when it isn't its like false advertising I accepted the $116 but $166 no unacceptable .So after this filing I definitely will not need turbo max because I do not plan on using turbo tax again .Thank You,GJL

I also have only 1 acct so I don't know how that comes into play and if billed once then it should be the 1st one $116 not $166.

You need to call in and talk to them on the phone. This is just the public user forum and we can't help with billing issues. And most of of here like me are just other users like you.
