Thats not true at all I saw it and had to refile or the IRS wasn't going to issue my refund and as for next years estimate or payment how do you put that in you don't know if I'm using your service . Yes I'm getting my fee which you advertise as free or I may not of used you its coming out of my refund and I am using Credit Karma as the account for it to be deposited as I do not have a bank acct.So I do not know how I got the additional turbo max and how it went from $116 after I was given the wrong advice to put a $1 in as AGI it was rejected and then they told me put a $0 it worked so thats what happened and your rep misinformed me saying if I go to turbo max I can remove the service and fee willbe removed or credited which it states clearly no refunds as soon as you view the page.
