Can't download 1099 forms from TDAmeritrade

TurboTax user for years. Never had this problem before.
My 1099 is available as a PDF on the TDAmeritrade website.
When I try to download it, I get the following message: "Response from TD Ameritrade.   1099 forms not yet available for tax year."
But that is not correct. I spoke with TDAmeritrade and they say this is a TurboTax problem.
How do I solve this?

Have you tried a different browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome? Many people have stated using Edge and removing the pop-up blockers has helped. Please let us know if you are successful using a different browser.
