Unchecking the box doesn't do anything. Next screen jumps to the "Prior Year Information" page. Checking the "None of the above" box doesn't do anything. Please fix.

Sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies. If this does not resolve the issue, use a different browser to log into your TurboTax account and see if you're able to successfully continue through this section of your tax return.
This is happening on the downloaded software as well. I too am experiencing the same issue, but have the program downloaded.
Same thing is happening to me. Is there any fix for it?
This does not fix it - I think it is a software bug update needed.
