If you received no taxable income in 2019 then there is no need or reason to file a 2019 tax return.

Using the TurboTax online editions the TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The account fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

@Maria96 You are not able to cancel a payment once it has posted.  In order to discuss receiving a refund, you will need to contact our Customer Care department. Please click the link below and fill out the short form. Please list Billing Issues instead of refund as the reason for contact.
