Tax Year Prior to 2020: Can turbo tax complete a form 8962 for me?

That is very strange!  I recreated your situation with a shared 1095-A and Form 8962 was filled out properly. Your screenshot does not show any income or other data info being picked up.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, I suggest Deleting both the Form 8962 and Form 1095-A from your return.  Close TurboTax, clear Cache and Cookies and open TurboTax.

Go back to the interview and go through the 1095-A section again, from beginning to end to see if the forms repopulate correctly.  If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you could make the entries yourself directly on the form.

If not, you will need help from someone who can actually get into your return.

Tax Year Prior to 2020: Can turbo tax complete a form 8962 for me?

I managed to get the 1095 A entered, but I don't see a way to look and verify that the 8962 was populated and print it for my records. Is there some magic way to do it? Thanks

Which product are you using, one of the CD/download products on your computer, or one of the Online products (through a browser)?

If you are using a CD/download product, you can see all your forms at any time by going into Forms mode (upper right).

If you are using an Online product, you cannot see the 8962 until you pay for the product. Once you pay for the product, then you can go to Tax Tools on the left, then Print Center, then select which forms you want to see in PDF (for your records, I would select All of them).

My filing has been paid for an accepted by both fed and state and I do not see a tab on the left that says "Print center" (I am using the online version) to view the 8962. I can only see the document that I uploaded, which was the 1095A PDF.

Try this procedure -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Is Turbotax calculated the new rules on Premium Tax Credit on Medical .  I.E. the 8.5% max of out of pocket expenses if you use the market place?

For example if you have $10,000  yearly premiums though the market place and had an modified adjusted income of $100,000 . I thought you would received $1500 credit.   Assuming you did not receive any advance payment of PTC

No, you won’t receive any credit in this scenario.

According to Premium Tax Credit in the IRS’ Publication 502 (2021), Medical and Dental Expenses

You can't include in medical expenses the amount of health insurance premiums paid by or through the premium tax credit. You also can't include in medical expenses any amount of advance payments of the premium tax credit made that you did not have to pay back. However, any amount of advance payments of the premium tax credit that you did have to pay back can be included in medical expenses.
