So we are supposed to guess what your question is?
Best guess:
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
If that is not the information you need, please ask a complete question.

can i just report the dividend as investment dividend
Just enter the 1099R. It is taxed the same either way. As ordinary income.
Documents are reported to the IRS by the financial institutions that issue them. Yours issued a 1099R to you. Report it as a 1099R and then what you put on your tax return will match what was reported to the IRS.
Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
