What about 2017?  You have to buy the Desktop program for 2017 here,

You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it on.  Did you start 2017 online?  How to finish a prior year online return

Or you can get the blank forms from the IRS and fill them out by hand for free.  I have links to them.

I changed the number to a new credit card.  Now, how can I download the Turbotax 2020 program? Right now, only the 2019 TT application comes up for loading(?).

Did you buy the 2020 program?  If you were too late to get charged for the Advantage renew then you need to buy it here,

I paid for a new tax program (2020) but the only turbo tax program that comes up is 2019!  I've already submitted 2019 earlier this year and the IRS accepted it.  The information that I received said the 2020 program would be released in Nov. 2019(?).

We cannot see your account.  Get some help from customer support to sort out whether you ordered Advantage for 2020 or if you were too late and placed the order for 2021 Advantage.
