If I am a caregiver for my daughter and don't do taxes but she is 21 and go to college and lived with me

what is your actual question?  Are you saying you don't work but your daughter lives with you?  Are you asking if you  need to file a return because your daughter lives with you and goes to college?

 

If you have no income, then it does not matter if someone lives with you or  not, you cannot file a tax return without income.  You would not get any type of refund without income.  If your daughter works, then she may need to file a return.
