If you are attempting to pay the TurboTax online account fees, those can only be paid with a US credit card with a US billing address?
Do you have a US billing address? If so, go back to My Info and change your mailing address to your billing address. Then go back to the File section and complete the payment process. Once completed go back to My Info and change your mailing address back to what is was.
I have tried that, but it still won't accept my card as payment. It keeps removing the CVV i enter and telling me that my card cannot be verified. When it is correct.
You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting support - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number...
Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
You could also contact your card issuer at the phone number on the back of your credit card to validate the name, phone number, and billing address on file to make sure it matches what you have entered.
You can purchase a prepaid card to pay your TurboTax fees. It must have a U.S. address.
TurboTax accepts credit, debit, and prepaid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. TurboTax can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.
Another possibility may be to pay with your federal or state (if applicable) refund (whichever comes first and fully covers your fees), also known as Pay With My Refund (charges may apply).

The PSC address is for my dad, a US air force man working on a UK base. However, after some looking and talking with him i do not think i have to do taxes this year. The only income i have earned for the past 2 years has been UK currency.
@kczap4 If you are a US citizen or a US resident you are required to report all of your income, foreign and domestic, on a US federal tax return.
You report your foreign income using IRS Form 2555 which is part of your US federal tax return, form 1040.
For tax year 2024 you are allowed to exclude up to $126,500 of foreign income which is covered in Form 2555/
See this TurboTax support FAQ for reporting foreign earned income - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/foreign-income/need-report-foreign-incom...
I have already done that when entering my income
okay i will try one more time if that doesnt work i will contact the support line tomorrow
