Problem entering my property taxes

Hi:

I cannot enter my 2020 "property taxes" under FEDERAL TAXES - DEDUCTIONS AND CREDIT - "property taxes.  

When I click the update button (to go to the screen for entering the property taxes), the screen is all white and I cannot do anything.  I had the same problem last year. I had to finish my taxes on another computer.  

Is it some setting on my computer?  I looked at the Q& A, and those suggestions did not work.
