Please provide the rest of the story, and someone may be able to provide some info in this forum.   Was your efiled Federal return accepted or rejected?   If your Federal return is rejected, the state return is also automatically rejected.

If the Federal return was accepted, then what is the rejection code/reason you received for your state return?

My federal has been approved but my state was rejected because of OHCOM-012 district tax withheld is claimed on return but no income state forms with Ohio/School district withheld are included with the return. Please advise. I did not get nothing other than my w-2

That comment above was addressed to one of those helpers familiar with Ohio that I've asked to assist you in correcting it today.  But I don't know when they will be back in the forum, but possibly later today.

To open your state return back up, log in at the Tax Home and look for a link "add a state" (you don't really add one; that's just to get back to your return.)
Or if you don't see that, go to "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Expand that section and choose 2018.
Then choose "Add a State." (that opens the return back up)
