Pennsylvania Partnership and Corporation Download

I purchased Turbotax Business 2023 and needed to add the Pennsylvania state filings. I ordered both the Pennsylvania Corporation and Partnership addons, went through the download process but never got the user license. I went back through the process tried to download and install the Corporation and Partnership and still nothing happens.  When I check my Turbotax account, it shows that these were purchased but there is no license associated with them nor is there a link to download the additional software.  Anyone know what the problem is? If the software is not ready, there should be some kind of notification prior to purchasing it.

Looks like those aren't ready yet.  Partnership is scheduled for Feb 2 and Corp is Jan 26.  Use this lookup tool,

I am having the same issue with not being able to open the PA Partnership or S Corp 2023 software as of today 2/7/24.  Are others still having the same issue?  If not, how have you gotten past this problem?

According to the Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business, Pennsylvania State modules for TurboTax Business are expected to be released on February 16, 2024. At this point, only the C-Corp file is ready. 

We recommend waiting until the following day to try downloading the state module or updating TurboTax.

Yes I am having same problem with Pennsylvania Partnership. Will wait until Feb 16 or later but the message I currently get is misleading it says 'Software is up to date' but I have no State software and can't yet start the state tax return.

I downloaded the PA Partnership software and it did not instlall as well. I followed the state clean up software and that did not work and then I uninstalled Turbo Tax and reinstalled it and the same thing happened. Doesn't the PA Parternship software work?

This is great to know .... been banging my head against the wall for 3 days now.  Day 1: Turbo Tax phone rep says "must be a bad license code" and gives me a refund on the PA state order made direct w/ intuit. Also, advised to return CD to 3rd party seller, who kindly provided a replacement today (at the same discounted price from weeks ago ...very nice).  

Today: went thru the whole uninstall process and loaded License Code from new CD .... re-entered all of the info for Federal Partnership return, but hit the same death loop within turbo tax when trying to do PA State (you have it downloaded, so go ahead and download again ... ok it's downloaded - rinse and repeat back at start State ... to no avail).  

Ended up on phone again.... even worse than Day 1 ... this time they said take CD back, and we can't even initiate a refund until the purchase is posted in the intuit system and I'd have to call back in a few days.  Here's the best part ... they proposed a solution that I sign up for the Turbo Tax Live online, which would cost $489 to walk me through a federal return that I already completed, with additional cost for State support.

Yikes - I hope this gets squared away soon and that the Turbo Tax support line is made aware of the issue - so, so glad I stumbled upon this online chat where others are seeing the same concern!

Now as of  21 of February no updates to the PA Taxes.    Can we get a straight answer on when the Business for PA will be ready.. I am wasting time every day checking and have many parties awaiting my data, for them to move forward on their respective taxes.   I spent multiple hours on the phone with Turbo Tax help desk, reloaded software with no luck, but have been told multiple dates now starting back on Feb 9.    WHEN?

Note to all: Turbo tax does not tell you, that you are awaiting further data from the State.  The software package just puts you in a loop (at the start of the PA tax process)

The Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business now indicates that the Pennsylvania Partnership module is expected to be released on February 23, 2024. Because updates are released after business hours Pacific time, we recommend that you wait until the next day to download the file for installation.

So glad I found this chat, I have spoke to 3 different people each time I get the run around and then finally say oh its not available yet!   I told them each time the situation and was told it was a computer issue.  Today is 2/23, hopefully it is actually released soon. 

Supposed to be released today, we will see as I have been given multiple different dates!  Maybe they should inform their customer and employees before we have to jump through hoops!
