Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets.

The message you received generally refers to there being forms in your return that are not ready for e-filing.

You might try restarting the review and then filing steps and take note of any messages about forms not ready

You could also continue the filing process and try just e-filing the Federal returns, if it is your state you are working on now. You of course would then need to check back later to complete e-filing the returns or print and mail them if you wish.

We recommend that you sign up within TurboTax to be notified by email when your form is ready.

To generate the message, please click on Review, on the left menu.  You may see a message "Some of your tax forms are not ready".  Below the message, you can select the link that says "I want to sign up for email notifications

Please see the TurboTax FAQ's below for form availability:

@dsaynor

This error normally appears when there are forms in your return that are not ready for e-filing.  Sometimes, the finalization may not be completed yet, even though its showing available. You might try restarting the review and then filing steps and take note of any messages about forms not ready.  If not I would check back and try resubmitting.

your answer is not whats going on unfortunately.  I paid $90 to turbo tax after completing my taxes.  Sent the e-file.  Gave me the message above.  I did it 2x.  I called, when someone finally called me back, it was because their system was apparently overloaded and they were working on it.  Now i cant file because the website wants me to pay again.  so after waiting 3 more times for phone calls, and a link to this site for some reason by the rep who said this would fix it, i still havent filed.

Please try to troubleshoot with the options below. If needed, we will need to investigate your experience.  Thank you for your participation and patience.

1. Check Availability
Please confirm all forms you are filing are available and supported to be e-filed. When will my forms be ready?   Are my forms ready?  (The 8915-E Form is projected to be e-fileable starting 02/24/2021)

2. Remove state and try again
If all your forms are ready and available to be e-filed and you receive this message, please follow the steps below
1.    Sign out of TurboTax.
2.    Sign back in.
3.    E-file the return again.

You may need to remove your state https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/how-do-i-delete-my-state-return-in-turbotax-on... and prepare your state return again to move past the error and successfully e-file.

3. Send us your tax file
