Order number:[Order # Removed]. It was stated at the end of the process that $39.99 would be charged NOT $59.98. Can you please correct the charge?

Please correct the overcharge.  It said either take the $39.99 from taxes or credit card.  I did credit card for my son and I was overcharged.

What version did you use?  Deluxe  is 59.99 for Federal and a separate 39.99 for state.  Or if you didn’t do state it was saying if you wanted the 59.99 deducted from your refund there would be an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge.  So by paying with a credit card you avoided the extra charge.
