My Turbo Tax program charges 20.00 for filing State taxes, what is the extra 40.00 for?

I attempted to pay the money with my cc to no avail.  My screen  will not proceed so that I can pay all of this money.

There is an extra $40 to have the fee deducted from your refund.   So don't pick that!   There may be a problem right now processing credit card in the Desktop program.  Wait and try later.

Had to contact Turbo Tax Customer Service to resolve my problem.  I was doing everything right but discovered Turbo Tax has issues and this was one of them. This, in my opinion, is the worst tax program Turbo Tax has ever had.
