My Turbo Tax disk that I just received isn't working. Can I download my 2020 software instead?

Starting back in 2013,  TurboTax Advantage members (in addition to the CD you ordered) you will also have access to the program as a download for 3 years for no extra charge. This change happened since many computers no longer have disk drives or many customers later lose the CD and required a download to be sent.

Yes you can!  There should be a card in the CD case that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
